Marcab Property is run by Natasha Chambers who has been running her own businesses and investing in property for over a decade.
Being a qualified electrician has enabled me to make some good contacts with various tradespeople over the years. Originally from London, I have a good knowledge of this market but have got to know Cambridge very well, having lived here for several years. I also utilise the extensive knowledge of my fellow property investors from around the UK. Using my knowledge developed over the years, I am able to make intelligent buying and selling decisions, ensuring the best deal for all parties involved.
My speciality is refurbishment, having taken on numerous projects where work required has been from quite basic ie: new bathrooms or kitchens, right through to complete overhauls, including extensions and loft conversions. Always keeping “improve to increase value” at the forefront of any project undertaken.
Potential investors are always given the choice of how much involvement they require in a pending investment.
